There is so much debate over how far can El Baradei go in the Egyptian presidential elections, especially as he is being faced by the candidacy of the significantly much more popular figure that is Amr Moussa in particular (Ayman Nour as well), and a challenging lineup of right wing candidates. The questions pertain whether he can actually win the elections, become the kingmaker for one of the candidates, or end up taking votes from a stronger liberal candidate, leading to the demise of the liberals in the presidential elections. I discuss that matter in a new article in Bikya Masr.
